Newall has carried out major projects for McAlpine EDF, May Gurney, Kier-Eastern, Bam-Nutalls, Carillion, Fitz-Patrick, May Gurney, R. G. Carter, Barhale and Anglian Water.

In 2005 Newall worked on a flood alleviation project at Great Yarmouth for Anglian Water through Barhale. The project cost totalled circa £7 million; Newall completed drive walls for tunnelling, cap and beams and installed flow diversion and collection chambers.

In the same year Newall installed a contact tank for clean water for Anglian Water at Bradenham, nr Dereham.
