Newall are a registered CITB Levy payer and are proud to be known as a company committed to providing our workforce with ongoing training and development. At the start of their employment with Newall, all staff receive a company induction and thereafter an annual appraisal with their line manager.

We ensure all our staff have a current Health and Safety touch screen test – we organise one if they don’t have one upon joining us. We make sure all our staff have the relevant CSCS / CPCS card to enable them to work on site. If a new member of staff doesn’t have a card it is a priority of the training department to organise this on their behalf.

We regularly monitor our training records to ensure all cards and certificates are kept up to date. We actively encourage staff to take NVQ’s to achieve a higher level of competency when cards come up for expiry.
